Reservations - Reservations are available on a first-come first-served basis.  The best game tickets and choice of flight itinerary will be allocated to passengers according to the order in which they are booked.  Follow the instructions on the left-hand side of the page for your team to book your reservation!  Once we have confirmed your reservation by phone, you'll need to print, complete, and fax back a one page contract.

Payment Terms - A deposit is due at the time of reservation for all passengers booking before the teams are announced.  The balance is due as specified on the Package Details page.  We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

Refunds/Transfers - When you sign the contract and book your trip, you are agreeing to pay the entire amount due (deposit at booking and remaining balance as specified on the Package Details page) unless your team is not selected to play in the game you have chosen to attend.  After December 6, 2009, all amounts paid are non-refundable.  However, you may send another person in your place at no additional charge if such a change is made by the date specified on the Package Details page.

Exclusions - The package price does not include personal expenses such as golf, dry cleaning, excess baggage charges or food and beverages.

Responsibilities - BCS Package Tours acts only as agents in securing all services related to this package, and its liability is limited to the terms and conditions of the actual travel providers.  BCS Package Tours is not liable in the event of any failure by any person or company to render any transportation, accommodations or other travel services to be provided on the tour, or for expenses incurred due to delays caused by weather or other acts of God, or in the event of strikes, quarantine, acts of terrorism, war, aircraft delays or mechanical failure.  The passenger contract in use by the airline concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the tour passenger.  Changes in the itinerary, hotel or services are not likely.  However, BCS Package Tours reserves the right to make changes if necessary for the comfort or safety of the passengers or for circumstances beyond its control.  BCS Package Tours reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person on the tour as a member either of the whole tour or any part thereof.  If sickness, a family emergency, or the failure of service providers is of concern to you, we suggest that you consider purchasing travel insurance.

Baggage - All passenger baggage must conform to the requirements of the applicable airline.  BCS Package Tours is not responsible for any last minute changes in baggage requirements imposed by the airline or the Transportation Safety Administration.
        For Southwest Airlines, the maximum amount of baggage each ticketed passenger is allowed free of charge is 2 pieces of checked baggage and 1 carry-on piece.  Please note that one additional carry-on personal item does not count toward the free bag allowance. The size limitation of your luggage is calculated by adding the total outside dimensions of each bag, that is, length + width + height. Luggage limits:  two checked bags at 62 in/157 cm each plus one carry-on bag at 50 in. The maximum weight per checked bag is 50 lbs/23 kgs.

Golf Clubs - One golf bag with up to 14 golf clubs, 12 golf balls, and one pair of shoes is allowed as checked luggage in place of one 62 inch bag at no extra charge.  Size is limited to the size of a hard-sided golf case. Swingless Golf Club load strips are considered dangerous goods and are not allowed in checked or carry-on baggage.
